The Piano Works
We were asked to brand a unique office to residential conversion property in Kentish Town, North West london. The name that was chosen was The Piano Works, to represent the Kentish Town Piano factory heritage. The sweeping “grand piano” flourish and logo type compliments the unusual interior design which was true to its origins as a piano factory. The entrance hall designed compete with a light fixture hung from a winch, styled to represent a factory in the midst of production. The look had to reflect the upmarket clientele and the identity was created to enhance that feeling.
We created a large banner to hand down the front of the building displaying a purpose created CGI ” artist impression” of the building.
In order to have an online brochure we created an interactive website and brochure containing a custom created area map featuring key landmarks and places of interest.
The website was the address people reached from the the newspaper ads and an opportunity to experience the feel and taste of what was to come .
Yarek, Our photographer took professional lifestyle photos of the surrounding area and added the gallery to the website. When the show flat was complete we took a series of photos of that and added those images to the website.
The end result in the clients words “was really phenomenal!” and they sold all their flats in the space of days!
